What to expect:
When you call me with appointment or consult request, I will return your call within 48 hours. You may also email me to set up a time for a phone consultation. During our phone consultation I will ask some basic questions to learn about your clinical needs and to discuss whether you are a good fit for tele-mental health services. If we determine you are a good fit, I will ask for some basic information in order to set you up within my secure client portal. Through this portal, you will complete all intake paperwork. During our phone conversation, I will explain how to access the secure client portal, video for our session and client documents for our first session. This helps insure you are getting the best care possible and keeps me ethical!  I look forward to getting to know you and providing you the help you deserve!
